B. Smith, Chairman & CEO
Mr. Smith successfully completed a
27-year career in Risk Management in 2001. He was a partner in Hamilton Dorsey
Alston (Atlanta’s largest privately held Insurance Brokerage) from 1990
-2001, when Wachovia Bank purchased the firm. He was a Senior Vice president
with Marsh in the 1980’s and began his career as an Underwriter in 1976
with St.Paul Insurance in San Francisco . He is a graduate of the University of
Washington..

Chesterfield, Director of Underwriting
Mr. Chesterfield has
spent his entire 31 year career in hard money-private capital lending. He has a
vast amount of experience and has seen all business cycles and their impact on
the industry.He is a graduate of Seattle University.
