We make commercial and business real estate loans from $200,000 to $2,000,000 and sell interests (participations) in these loans for as little as $5,000. Each investor is then recorded on Title as a 1st lienholder on the property according to the percentage of the contract they purchase. This is called a mortgage-backed security.

		Closing Settlement Statement
		Title Insurance Report
		Evidence of Casualty Insurance
		Financial Statements
